12/31/25 DPatton - Tech drove 5.5 hours for scheduled visit but site was closed. Reduce travel to 3 hours or bill 5.5 hours? (I think the visit was schedule per note below) Customer might dispute.

12/22 MOwens Sent an email to Desiree asking to reschedule the repair visit.

12.12 M. Bateman The facility was closed when the tech arrived. Placing WO in reschedule.

12/4 MOwens Called and spoke to Desiree. Scheduled the repair visit for first available on Fri. 12/12 in the morning. She said that will work for her.

12/12/25 Went to site. Site was not open. Website says they are closed on Fridays. Called number. No response. Contacted Melissa. On PTO. Contacted Matt. Needs to be rescheduled. Checked building numerous times to see if anyone would be there to let me in. No staff at site. 12/30/25 check in with staff regrading equipment not powering on . I was informed that the equipment is operating properly ; issues was due to power cable not being plugged correctly. Checked all cables to make sure everything is correct. Equipment working properly
