- investigated reported issue, “hi-speed drill tip keeps breaking off”
- attempted to reproduce reporterd issue
- used drill on hard piece or metal with significant pressue to try to break tip. Tip did not break off
- inspected drill and turbine for damaged or misaligned components. None found
- unable to confirmed reported issue
- contacted midmark for firther troubleshooting. Spoke with: Shawn
- reduced drill speed from 50 to 49 psi
- equipment restored and returned to service
