1/27/26 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01317387. Called POC Chastity to let her know tech arrival will be closer to between 12pm-2pm tomorrow (due to tech covering repair now). Chastity confirmed later arrival time and also confirmed they received part for WO-01338462. 


1/19/26 AJinerson - Called site to follow up and schedule tech visit. Confirmed with Chastity to schedule tech visit for Wednesday, 1/28 with eta between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

POC onsite: Chastity Layne

Arrival instructions: Stop at front desk upon arrival to check in. Chastity will be onsite to assist if needed. 

**Site also has repair WO-01338462 in awaiting parts, but no update on parts yet** Just FYI in case parts come in to service during tech's visit on 1/28.
