SN: A14608 & A14553 Message: Good morning! I have two Dentalaire, table mounted dental machines (serial numbers A14608 and A14553) that are both having different issues. One (ending n 553) is not seeming to hold pressure on the high speed hand piece and the other's (ending in 608) drill does not spin. When we previously had a call with EMSAR, you all said that you could come out to fix them if we were unable to fix them our self. Is that something that we can schedule?

🔧 Work Performed
After troubleshooting, I confirmed that both water and air flow out of the handpiece connector when the high-speed handpiece is disconnected, indicating the issue is within the handpiece itself. I removed the turbine, lubricated it, and lubricated the handpiece as well; after reconnecting it, the high-speed drill worked but intermittently. The customer had a spare high-speed handpiece on site, so I installed it and tested it, and the unit is now spinning and working properly. I also contacted DentalAire tech support on the customer’s behalf to get the part number for the replacement handpiece they want to purchase.
