When unloading transfer and trolley stuck half way, not going all the way out. Used the red rectangle release on top of the transfer to get it all the way out. Removed trolley and transfer from the anchor Checked all hardware on the trolley Flipped the transfer over to check the hardware a piece of debris, looks like a plastic cap or cover fell from the transfer. Everything looks good and working the way it should Reinstalled trolley and transfer Functional tests were performed multiple times with the customer unit is operating correctly, not stuck like before. No problem found with the cot
