12/4/2025 CRamen spoke with Ben and scheduled for Wednesday 12/10/2025 with tech arrival between 9-11am. Tech to go to 1228 E Fairgrounds location about a mile from this service address and call Ben 740-341-6016. Dustin was there previously and unit still has same issues from WO-01300085


12/3/2025 CRamen left a vm for Ben to return call to schedule.
