@Diane Patton your notes request that the part replaced be listed on page 1 of the SRA, but there is no where to put that information in (other than the work performed, which already has a note indicating the load cells were replaced). Where do you want the tech to add the note? There are no boxes to fill out under the parts section (and we can't edit these PDF's)
