12/8/25 SReich - Spoke to Nida, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule around the arrival of parts.  

🔧 Work Performed
Removed dam gasket, door gasket, gasket ring and 2 filters. Clean gasket grove on the door and inside the chamber. Replaced door gasket, gasket ring, dam gasket and 2 filters Flush the unit with speed clean and ran 2 cycles with clean distilled water, unit is operating correctly
🔍 Technician Findings
High temperature error message and error code 074A-081C on the display screen. Worn door gasket, dam gasket, old and dirty filters.
