FSG LC group corroborated that optical unit needs to be replaced. LC is used as a backup and customer understood that I don't have the bandwidth before going out on vacation to perform OQ. PM will be closed.

🔧 Work Performed
02/13/2026 LC is back in full operation. 02/08/2026 EEOQ was finalized, customer will run calibration and check instrument to be put in operation. 01/20/2026 At arrival on/off switch didn't respond, Due too many issues customer is considering bench repair, after talking to FSG LC, after disassembly and cleaning the switch ribbon cable and re siting the connection multiple times, now is responding on and off. After new refurbish optical unit and lamp were replaced, ACD error was not present and lamp is turning on, system was flush with H2O, Holmium Test and all the other VWD tests passed. 01/14/2026 LC was disassembled, optical unit was replaced, Lamp turned on and stabilizes for some time, restrictor capillary was installed and after 30 min, lamp message that was stabilizing and never got ready. Detector disassembled and to check connections and try again and still is not tuning on and no message lamp failed to ignite was given. All optical. Unit was installed to check if light and it does but also given a ACD error and light is red. After checking with FSG group confirm that likely the optical unit was bad and that now the mainboard, order mainboard and optical unit and replaced them both at the same time. All VWD tests passed now 12/10/2025 New cell was installed, system flushed thoroughly with H2O. wavelength was calibrated, filter, intensity, cell and dark current passed. Holmium is off. FSG corroborated that optical unit is needed.
