🔧Work Performed
Verified scale reading correctly with weights, Found front leveling foot broken causing chair to rock. Adjusted stud out so chair is no longer rocking as a temp fix. Customer to try source new foot through their maintenance department.

Customer said scale seems to be off a few pounds sometimes.
