With the holidays and staff and public clinics it would be best for us if we would be able to schedule after the first of the year at this point. Would this be doable for you and your team? Perhaps January 13th and/or 14th?   We were hoping to get moved in this month, but the timeframe we had set has come and gone – so we postponed to get this service in place first. 

Will you be the onsite point of contact on the scheduled date? Yes if we are able to schedule in January I will be onsite, and I will also have a staff member to assist when I am not available due to other commitments.
