12/16 MOwens Called and spoke to Kate Floyd. I told her the parts should deliver tomorrow 12/17 in the afternoon. She will have the part ready for tech when he returns. Scheduled the return visit for Thurs. 12/18 with arrival around 3pm. She said that works for her.

🔧Work Performed
12/23/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with front desk and received part. Removed covers, replaced vent/fill valve, started an unwrapped cycle and watched for any leaking of signs that a valve was leaking back into reservoir. Unit successfully completed cycle. Reassembled unit, repair complete.
12/12/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with POC. Customer said sterilizer would say items are not sterile. Removed right side cover, placed unit in diagnostic mode, checked last few errors. Errors C544, C382, C106, C544, C544. Tested all valves and door open test. Placed unit back into operation mode, removed left cover to access reservoir. Started unwrapped test, and checked for any pressure leaks through valves or gasket. During heat up mode, water was pouring back into the reservoir through the weep hole in the condensing coil. Sterilizer aborted cycle, error "heat temp too high, items not sterile". Drained water from reservoir, disassembled vent valve, cleaned valve and reassembled. Filled reservoir, and ran another unwrapped cycle. Water kept pouring into reservoir. Called midmark to get part number and price. PN: 002-10328-00 ; PRICE: 634.00. Marion Floyd approved of part. Midmark sending part. Will return when part is delivered.
