01/28/2026 DNakoff - Tech will have to return, problem description was confusing and tech only swapped two vaporizers. There is a third vaporizer on site that needs swapped with Modern loaner and the vap onsite shipped to GAS for calibration.
Part of Modern Animal Project. ASC does not need to work this WO. Rhea Berry is working project WOs.

2/3/2026 AW Arrived on site, and customer stated that they didn't have the new vaporizer. I don't have a tracking number of the vaporizer to confirm. Will have to return once the vaporizer has arrived.
Vaporizer PM - Vaporizer Exchange/Turn-around to be coordinated with semi-annual preventative maintenance.
Please PM all vaporizers onsite.

We will need to send our technician back onsite to LAMR to complete the third vaporizer at this location. The number of vaporizers listed on the original work order was unclear, which led to some confusion. We are correcting this now for all work orders to help prevent similar issues moving forward.

We thought there may have been another vaporizer that was a D20, that needed to be shipped out to GAS for calibration and returned.
