Confirmed unit had an air leak. Attempted resecuring tubing to the t's. Unit still leaking air. Trimmed ends off tubing. Unit still leaking at t's.
Called midmark to request replacement t's be sent to the customer. Customer comfortable with installing t's on their own. Advised customer if they continue to have issues to give us a call back and we will return.
