12/17/2025 Mike Huffman. Found the foot pedal stuck under the table base. Removed covers, freed the foot pedal. Reassembled table column. Tested full functionally. All tests passed. Completed the Service Request Authorization and obtained customer signature. 12/17/2025 Mike Huffman. Arrived on site at 9:30am. The table is in use for surgery and requested I return between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
