🔧Work Performed
I arrived on location and found said unit. Meet with Travis POC. I then removed the cot from the truck. I hten went to the front of the trucked and pushed red button and lifted arm on the trolley and then rolled the trolley out of the truck. I did notice that the unit had green light on the front and where the power ON/OFF is. I then went to the rear of the truck and the yellow lights on the wings are flashing. I then took the cot and loaded it in the trolley and lights did change from yellow to green. I then pressed the minus button of the cot and the arms on the trolley started goring up. I then pushed the unit into the truck and then cot dropped down and locked and unit was function to manufactures specifications. Customer stated that the cot would not power on.. I hten loaded and unloaded the cot in and out of the truck about 7 times and had no problems. We then took the truck over to the area where it was stored and I checked that the light still flash when the truck is plugged in to shore line and unit was function to manufactures specifications. I advised Travis that we could not duplicate any issues at this time and that we should evaluate the unit for the next week to see if problem comes back customer agree. Unit was placed b ack in service.
🔍Technician Findings
