🔧Work Performed
Arrived onsite. Met with POC Jason. Jason let me to the unit needing to be serviced. As I started to remove panels off of unit Jason brought the parts sent to him from Agilent.
After removing panels I noticed that the main cooling fan had a blade sheared off and was wedged at the bottom preventing the fan from spinning. I showed the customer this and also where both filaments had burned out. I removed the broken fan blade and also performed PM.
After I put the unit back together and function tested unit I was talking with customer about possible repairs and the customer said they would take care of the fan issue themselves. The unit was running just fine so I advised that they can still use the unit, but the fan would have to be replaced.
Returned unit to service.
