12/17 MOwens Called back and spoke to Ayesha and confirmed the appt for 12/18 with eta around 8am.
12/17 MOwens Called and spoke to Ayesha Humphrey. Offered first available opening on Tomorrow 12/18 with eta between 12-1pm. She requested the visit for early in the morning between 8-9am. I am checking with the tech if we can make that happen.
12/16 KHardison - Left a vm regarding WO. Advised that a coordinator will call for scheduling.

the attachment was followed. the dip switch was was set to off. and when power to the unit was restored the green light was observed for more than a minute.
