🔧Work Performed
Spoke with customer and they have replaced the switches before for the same reason. Once I got a hold of MidMark, we found out that the switches were less the 90 days old and were under warranty. Informed the customer and they elected to have the new switches shipped in and they will possibly replace after getting a quote. Customer will be calling MidMark with PO# so they can get the new switches under waranty.
