🔧Work Performed
the error could not be duplicated. when talking to the tech the sterilizer shelf is left in the out position during the cycle. this makes the sterilizer out of level and could be the cause. no other cause could be found for the reported problem

the error codes list was checked and on 12/20 there was a low temp error at 8am.
