🔧Work Performed
Tech started by checking the foot pedal plug to make sure it was plugged in, which it was not. Foot pedal was plugged in but not locked in place. Tech locked the foot pedal and ran a function test on chair. Chair went up and down in all modes. Tech then checked the hand control, hand control was plugged in and locked. Tech ran a function test on hand control and everything worked fine. Tech showed one of the nurses that the chair was working again.

Tech arrived on site and was told that the foot pedal would go up but not down.
