12/24 KKelch called Jessica to schedule for 12/29 between 12 and 2 pm. Amy confirmed. 

12/24/2025 JRolston - Called site POC, Jessica Vrba @ (815) 337-2900. Voicemail only. Left message advising her that dispatch has been received, and that Coordinators will call to schedule accordingly.

🔧 Work Performed
Tech started by calling Midmark, tech spoke with, Shawn. Shawn had tech go through some voltages on the board. Tech checked the voltage coming into the board from the outlet, tech got 122.4 VAC, tech then checked the voltage on the 1st and 3rd pin on the air valve, tech got 4.9 VDC. Tech was told to run an unwrapped cycle, if no error codes appeared, put the unit back in service. During cycle, temp got up to 273 degrees and pressure got to 30 PSI. Cycle completed without any error codes. Tech showed the POC, and told her that if it continues to call us back. She was pleased with the fact that there was no error codes after a cycle was ran.
🔍 Technician Findings
Tech arrived on site and was told that the autoclave is giving Low Temp Errors. Tech was also told that the customer ran 2 or 3 cycles this weekend and one this morning, all with no error codes.
