Troubleshoot/Evaluate:
Autoclave#2 seems to not be working properly. The issue was noticed yesterday when the button/controller pad was not responding. We tried unplugging and plugging it back in , but buttons/controller are still not working. Please assist. Would it be possible to have a technician come in on Monday morning to take a look at it?
1/14 MOwens Called to speak to Mellanie but she was not in the office today. Annalise is checking if 1/15 will work for the return visit. She replied back that tomorrow 1/15 works for the visit.

I see the part for Autoclave #2 were delivered this morning by UPS. Autoclave # 1 still needs to be repaired as well. Do you still need a Monday morning for the repair visit? Or will another work.
