1/15/26 AJinerson - Sandy called me right back. Confirmed rescheduling tech visit for Tuesday, 1/20 between 1pm-3pm - Sending email to Sandy with updated tech info as well. 


1/15/26 AJinreson - Called Sandy needing to reschedule tech visit (due to original assigned/scheduled tech is now being pulled for GE work in another state). This will be rescheduled with a different technician past the SLA. 

No answer, no option for VM. Will follow up w/ email. 


1/15/26 AJinerson - Reassigning tech - original tech being pulled from this area next week to cover GE site out of state. We will have to reschedule with a different cleared tech.

This is scheduled past the SLA. This is the soonest a Centurion Cleared tech can get up to this area to cover this, as 1 tech is in VA assisting with GE sites, and other tech has repairs scheduled for the rest of the week opposite direction.
