1/16/26 RBerry- Spoke with Tina Carlson, scheduled for 1/20/26.Arrival time between 1-3PM. 


1/15/2026 CRamen escalating to another tech. Messaged Rhea: im pulling off APage. Tina just returned call from 1/9 to schedule. 815-790-6412. Not sure with the repairs currently going to CGalasso if this can be worked into this visit. 


1/9/2026 CRamen spoke to Mitchell and he said he wilol pass on info to Tina to return call to schedule for possibly Tuesday 1/20/2026 with tech arrival between 9-11am.
