1/12/2026 CRamen spoke with Walt and he requested Friday 1/16/2026 with tech arrival between 9-11am. Unit is located in the OPP3 Building (Specialty Services Pavillion) in Room 2227. Walt is contact 216-870-5549 

🔧 Work Performed
checked voltage at the transformer going in and going out. Both were at a acceptable range. Confirmed actuator was working by switching tilt and foot rest harness. Ohmed out the motor for the foot rest and was within a acceptable range. All sensors checked and are working properly. Recalibrated the chair but unit fails part way through each time. Issues seems to point towards a board issue. The board is no longer manufactured and are unable to get for the chair. Unit can not be repaired
