1/20/2026 CRamen spoke with Jake and he said its ok for Tyler to come around 3:30 today


1/20 KKelch- CRamen scheduled with site for today at 3:30 pm

1/20/26 CDempsey- Site was closed yesterday (MLK). Will need to be rescheduled.

1/14/2026 CRamen spoke with Jake and scheduled for Monday 1/19/2026 with tech arrival between 12-2pm. Facility closes at 5pm.

1/19/26 Site contact works off site and was informed the equipment would be available but site was closed for the holiday. Contacted coordinator to reschedule. 1/20 tested found no back motion removed covers and accessed main board, reseated all connections, applied power and tested confirming equipment now operational. removed power and reassembled, plugged back in and tested again. showed customer the function.
