1/23 NSuarez SRA chattered tech need to know if the expenses where entered to the wrong work order.
1/20/2026 CRamen spoke with Jake and he said its ok for Tyler to come around 3:30 today
1/20 KKelch- CRamen scheduled with site for today at 3:30 pm
1/20/26 CDempsey- Site was closed yesterday (MLK). Will need to be rescheduled.
1/14/2026 CRamen spoke with Jake and scheduled for Monday 1/19/2026 with tech arrival between 12-2pm. Facility closes at 5pm.

🔧Work Performed
1/19/26 Site contact works off site and was informed the equipment would be available but site was closed for the holiday. Contacted coordinator to reschedule.
1/20 tested found no back motion removed covers and accessed main board, reseated all
connections, applied power and tested confirming equipment now operational. removed
power and reassembled, plugged back in and tested again. showed customer the function.

@Tyler Bollman I wanted to see why there is an air baggage fees on this WO was it placed under the wrong WO maybe, also Travel to airport but there is not airport travel time nor thicket expenses.
just want to make sure everything is entered on the correct WO.
