2.10 returned and installed new actuator. tested with success, paired foot control. Show staff results. 1.20 after tested and talking to Midmark, we've determined that the base actuator has failed.
🔍 Technician Findings
no base movement, actuator issue. 002-1273-00 Also, the slot to manually move base up has been stripped. The removal of actuator is going to take more time than normal to remove.
