2x - ACX bed frames with brake issues.
When brake lever is used, no locking occurs on any of the casters (1 steer, 3 total lock). All 4 casters still have full rotation and rolling capability. No physical damage to lever or casters themselves. Seems likely to be the braking mechanism itself that is damaged, but Joe would still like a quote to have a third party tech come and evaluate both frames to confirm that hypothesis.
Could you please provide us with a cost to send a technician out to service these two frames?

Arrived on site and checked in with front desk as sign in was required. Next was escorted to meet with joe at his office, from there we traveled so location were tables stored. Upon finding them they explained issues they are currently encountering. To start began checking to ensure linkage moving in both side of the table. Did confirm wear and tear on axle and pedal but nothing to cause the brakes not to engage. Removed both tires one at a time from side with pedal and using a small pice of metal with the hexagon shape like the axel. I test each tire to determine if tires would lock in place or cause issue with them not locking. In fact did determine tires were not staying in lock position when trying to engage them. Put all tables away while trying to located JOE but after other employees tried to radio for him we could not locate him. Left message with two assistant maintenance works of suggestion of replacing parts. Also tried several time to called Caroline and left voicemail but did not receive call back. Evaluation determined wheels closest to foot pedal should be replaced.
