Work Performed
01/23/2025 unipolar HED power supply was replaced, still faulty, System was vented and HED was replaced, System was pumped down and stabilized for some time. Air/ water leak ran, no HED fault, Autotute OK just H2O and N2 above the limit, after little more time Pablo run a known sample using HS, GCMSHS back in operation.
01/22/2025 System was vented. Mechanical pump was replaced, MS pumped down and stabilized for some time. Vacuum is OK, while tuning and error b was shown, ECD fault, loaded Default Tune and still same error, system was vented, EHD and ion source were cleaned, still same error. FSG GCMSD Group was contacted and as suggestion HED was cleared twice, MSD was pumped down and stabilized, still same error. At arrival customer stated since June, during the PM the rough pump was getting overhittimg and is the reason that turn off, and alter cooling down it start working again. Until finally the pump stop working.
