🔧 Work Performed
2/25 - CA Removed and replaced display board assembly and scale PC board, the dashes went away. Functional tests were performed, the scale is now working, but needs to be calibrated. A return trip is needed for scale calibration. 3/4 Technician located the unit that required calibration. The technician calibrated the scale using a 100 lb weight, checked all functions, and verified that the unit is working properly.
🔍 Technician Findings
2-13 dt On arrival, confirmed that the display was at all dashes. Externally connected cat5 cable and the dashes went away. After installing the new cable however, Dash's returned and I was unable to resolve. After discussion with support, they stated that they are going to send a new display board as well as new pc boards free of charge to the customer. Labor costs are not free. Joseph deo approved labor costs. Will return When parts are received and schedule is made 2/25 - CA Scale not working properly, dashes were on the scale display board
