🔧 Work Performed
Unit has no base function at all. Checked front foot control connection to confirm no damage. Swapped out foot controller to confirm it worked on another unit. Removed all shrouds in order to lift and lower unit manually. Accessed pc board and performed both base actuator test & base actuator motor resistance test. BAT- readings- OL. BAMRT- readings 2.2 ohms. Spoke with Jason @MM and we went over the same steps just to confirm my findings. Checked F1 fuse as well 0.2 ohms. Checked wall outlet. 120V. Jason determined a new pc board is needed to correct no base function issue per our findings **12/13-LT- R&R PC board assembly. After install I tried to run the base up and got nothing. Confirmed all connections were seated correctly. Spoke with Dale @MM and he had me recall any errors. Blue & orange light lit up indicating that the pc thinks that both up & down foot controls are being pressed. Confirmed foot pedal is operating as it should by swapping it to another machine. Dale determined that the IO harness must me malfunctioning in some way. Checked pins inside of connections and no damage is visible to connection pins. IO harness needed for repair. 015-3481-00 **2/17-LT- Removed all the shrouds in order to get to the IO harness for replacement. R&R IO Harness assembly. After install, still no down function, checked codes and same blue & orange LED lit up.Unplugged unit and spoke with Jason @MM for possible warranty replacement. After call I plugged in unit and reseated all connections and tried again and I got full base function. Called jason and canceled
