🔧Work Performed
2/12/26 Christopher Womack evaluated unit and ordered parts.
2/20/26 Zachary Stieben installed new base end actuator. Unit function tested and passed. Unit returned to service.
🔍Technician Findings
2-12-26 CW--On the 230, I arrived and found that the foot extension was not moving. I then removed the cover and upholstery and made access to the actuator. I then discovered that the motor was spinning but was no longer connected to the shaft of the actuator. Customer used a PO and needs an updated estimate. Customer was sent an estimate and has 5 days to approve the quote. The table is not fully functional.
2/20/26 Zachary Stieben arrived on site. Located exam chair and parts for repair. Chair has no foot end fuction.
