🔧Work Performed
TROUBLESHOOTED 8100 WITH THE HELP OF TONYA SANTIAGO AND SAMUEL KLEIN. WE CAME TO TWO CONCLUSIONS. FIRST: THE BATTERY WAS OUT OF DATE AND DEAD. A NEW BATTERY WAS SENT OUT AND WILL BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY TECH TEAM. SECOND: THE BATTERY WE REPLACED TO TRY TO MAKE MACHINE CORRECTLY WORK WAS NOT AN ALERIS BATTERY THUS MACHINE WOULD NOT CORRECTLY WORK. EITHER CONCLUSION WOULD BE RESOLVED BY THE NEW ALARIS BATTERY SENT BY EMSAR.
