🔧Work Performed
Tech PM'd all seven cots and replaced the ratchet tubs. After the ratchet tubes were replaced, tech showed the POC and he was happy that the beds went up and down easier.

Hi @Lauren Oberg @Natosha Beierschmitt I'm not able to add the smc to EBT.. please add when you get a chance. Also, do you know if these parts are Repair parts? (RATCHET TUBE KIT) and do they need to be on a separate WO? Please advise when you get a chance.. thank you!
