🔧 Work Performed
Tech was handed the parts that were sent to the customer. Tech installed the new jacks. After installing the new jacks, tech function tested the bed. Tech found no leaks and no drag to the bed. Tech showed the manager, Jessica, and she was happy that the bed was working again. Update 3/3/2026 - Tech got called back because the bed was not lowering on the foot section. Tech noticed that the jack was not completely in the lowering section. Tech moved the bed and placed the jack in the foot section. Tech function tested the bed and it went up and down, with no problems. Again tech showed the customer, Jessica, and she was happy it was working again.
