2/23/26 AJinerson - Called and spoke with Brittini. We have tech in area this week and looking to schedule tech on-site either 2/25 or 2/26 (we will have to rearrange other inspections). Checking with Brittini on open hours first to determine what date would work best. They are open from 7am-530pm on both days. Will call back to confirm scheduling once we confirm rearranging tech's calendar. 


2/20/26 AJinerson - Called customer to schedule tech visit. Phone rang for 1 min 13 seconds then disconnected itself. 


2/20/26 AJinerson - WO created on 2/20 but showing due 2/27, per chatter from Dispatch, site is needing service before 2/27.
