8/26 KWeiss, S/n on w/o has been updated. Table has a Hausted base and parts are not available. Moving w/o to reschedule for tech to update/close w/o and notify customer.
8/25 KWeiss, Chatter sent to tech asking to verify s/n. P/N requested is for a Hausted base and parts are not available. S/N in IP details is JJ-284434, which is a Ferno base, but see in the chatter, tech wrote s/n is 06997022001, which is a Hausted base.
8/21 MOwens sent email to Craig confirming the visit for Monday 8/25 between 10am-12pm.
8/21 MOwens Called and spoke to Craig. He said any day will work for the visit next week. I will send a email to confirm the date for the repair visit.

@Todd Fogiel Todd, Is the s/n on this w/o correct, JJ-284434, or is it what I see in the chatter, 06997022001? 06997022001 is an older base, that Ferno used but not made by Ferno and parts are not available.
