11-11-HSolano-Travel for this date is in the repair and EOQ service WOs.

11-05-HSolano-Upon arrival, the Degasser G1322A, had a red-light indicator indicating that it needs a repair. A repair was then opened for further diagnostics.

Also, the Leak and Pressure Test from the pump did not pass after ensuring all the fittings and bolts were tightened enough. The seals were also replaced again to ensure it was not the seals. Therefore, a repair on the pump had to be opened, including repair parts.

The PMOQ will proceed after repairs.

Per email from Hermilo, The customer had mentioned that the annual PMOQ had already been completed earlier this year, so it was removed from my assignments, but it seems that Agilent wanted to re-qualify these systems again before they get decommissioned/ stop service (next year). Which is why it was added again to my assignments. I will complete this service next week.
