🔧Work Performed
Tech started by changing out the battery and power adapter on asset 13201739. After new parts were installed, the BP unit would not turn on. Tech noticed that the case was cracked and coming apart. Tech tried to put back together, but it would not line up. Tech is asking for a return label to be sent to site and have BP unit sent to depot to have looked at. Tech moved on to Asset 12999367, and changed out the battery and power adapter, tech then ran a static test on unit and unit passed. Finally tech checked Asset 13201745, tech replaced the battery and power adapter, tech then ran a static test on unit and unit passed. Tech noticed damage to all 3 BP units. Pictures included.
