QTY 9 x rooms total — 8 DTR rooms (Level 1) with wall-mounted lifts and 1 procedure room (Room 123 on Level 2) with a ceiling lift
Sep. 15:Site will ready for Phase 1 structural support for the 1st Floor patient lift installation
Also: Must walk the Ground Floor Dental Area for the other lifts to make sure there's no discrepancies when the time comes to install those.
Oct 13: Site will ready for Phase 2 for the 1st Floor patient lift installation
November: Site will be ready for Ground Floor Dental Area patient lifts (QTY 8 x wall mount) installation
🔧Work Performed
9.15.25
Unloaded materials from truck and put them into storage unit.
Loaded up all steel, profile tube, beam clamps and all hardware and brought to building to stage in area of install.
Introduced ourselves to GC and he showed us how to get area where install is taking place.
9.16.25
Worked with Saul on how to layout room and proceeded to layout main room. (accounting for step back for drywall and duct wall that hasn't been installed yet)
GC had his crew lay a chalk line for duct wall and restroom door (which has yet to be installed) so we could layout proper measurements for room.
GC had his crew move out various equipment and carts out of room.
Unloaded tools and equipment from trucks and brought upstairs to work area.
Installed upper steel on restroom side of room and installed drops (we have steel beams at various elevations so we had to modify structure to work with building)
We will continue install of steel and drops tomorrow (we have to use a different approach for combi drops which i talked to Adam on phone about)
9.17.25
Attended safety meeting onsite.
Continued on install of steel and last 2 drops in the main room. Layed out restroom system and installed upper steel structure and all 4 drops in restroom.
Installed all lateral bracing in main room and (1) in restroom.
Installed combi structure.
9.18.25
Went to storage to pick up 4 rails and 2 sets of trolleys, ceiling profile, endstops and liner.
Brought rails and trolleys into building.
Cut rails to length for both rooms and installed liner on (1) rail.
Installed rails in both rooms and made sure everything was square.
Installed pickup on trolley.
Installed all trolleys and endstops on rails (did not pin)
Cut to length and notched out ends of ceiling profile and installed on all rails.
Installed end ceiling profile trim and endcaps on all rails.
Got with GC and asked to please make sure ceiling crew doesn't drill into rails when they install grid.
Cleaned up area and packed up all tools.
Brought all extra materials back to storage.
🔍Technician Findings
Area is under construction with no drywall installed as of yet, attaching to various I Beams at different heights

Otherwise we will need to break this out into 3 separate WOs and divide the income across them. @Peter Green
