🔧Work Performed
Tech performed a recalibration on the chair. Tech placed a 50LB weight and followed the instructions to recalibrate the scale. After recalibrating the scale. The scale had the correct readings from the 50LB weight and tech's weight.
🔍Technician Findings
Tech arrived on site and was told that the scale was off.
