The customer would like a tech onsite - no VT troubleshooting performed.
🔧Work Performed
Cleaned the rear filter. Cleaned the level sensor. Verified water solenoid opens and water pump turns on. Increased pump operating time from 40s to 50s and still does not fill chamber up. Pump/capacitor turns off and on during fill cycle (should be constant). Heater coils have correct resistance but grounds to chassis (2.2-8.8 ohms). Needs parts ordered.
