1/7/26 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01306382. Called Jody and confirmed scheduling tech visit for Weds. 1/14 with eta between 8am-10am.

Jody will be alternate contact if needed, but he will be in meeting on morning of 1/14. 

Arrival instructions: Confirmed they will have tech start at their 140 Library Dr. location, they have 2 units at that site, then 1 unit will be at their 2nd location at: 237 W. River Rd. Wiwahitcha, FL 32465. 

Jody said tech always services both locations during same visit. 

1/7/26 AJinerson - Site is a 7-10 hour round trip (depending on traffic) for tech. Tech will need to confirm when available to travel to cover once receiving parts, confirmed available to drive over on 1/13 and service on 1/14.

1/6/26 AJinerson - No parts ETA yet for WO-01306323.



1/6/26 AJinerson - Site's last repair WO-01306323 was released now that parts are ready to ship out. Waiting on tracking info to update with ETA on parts and will schedule all WOs together for same visit per customer's request.

1/5/26 AJinerson - Site still has WO-01306323 in awaiting parts. No update on parts order since November. Checking w/ team to see if any way we could get an update on what the hold up with parts may be so we can provide more information/answer to customer.

12/23/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent email back to Jody regarding no current update on the ETA for the last part order for WO-01306323. Asking Jody if they would like to proceed with scheduling our visit for the repair WO we do have the part for, along with the PM service (in the meantime).

12/23/25 AJinerson - Per parts order on WO-01306323 (in awaiting parts) there is no update as of 11/21.

12/23/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Received email back from Jody asking if we have an update on the remaining parts for them since they have been waiting for several months now (for WO-01306323).

12/19/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent another follow up email to Jody regarding still awaiting parts update for WO-01306323. Asking if they would like to continue to wait for all parts to come in and schedule service all for same visit, or if they would like to proceed with scheduling the WOs that we have parts in for now, and schedule a return visit once remaining parts arrive on site.

12/18/25 AJinerson - Following up w/ team to see if any possible update on WO-01306323 that has been awaiting parts since September.

Per below, customer has been waiting to schedule all WOs together once remaining parts come in, but no update yet.

12/15/25 AJinerson - Site still has WO-01306323 in awaiting parts. No update on parts order since 11/21.

12/11/25 AJinerson - Site still has WO-01306323 awaiting parts. Sent an updated email to customer on this on 12/8 informing them that we are still awaiting parts and checking back in to see if they would like to continue to wait to schedule all WOs together, as the customer has previously requested to do so (wait).

12/8/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent email follow up to Jody regarding still awaiting parts update for WO-01306323. 12/8/25 AJinerson - As of 12/8, no update on parts order for WO-01306323. No update on parts as of 11/21.

12/4/2025 Sramen - pushed out due because Site still has WO-01306323 in awaiting parts

12/1/25 AJinerson - Site has WO-01306323 still in awaiting parts with no current update on the parts order. Per conversation with customer last week, they still would like to wait and schedule all services for same visit to avoid any additional costs.

11/26/25 AJinerson - Site still has WO-01306323 in awaiting parts. Per customer this week, they would like to still wait and schedule all WOs for same visit when remaining parts arrive.

11/24/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Received email back from POC Jody stating:

At this time, we will wait on the parts. I do not want to pay a travel charge for the other stretchers.  

11/24/25 AJinerson - Site has WO-01306323 still in awaiting parts. Per customer's original request, they wanted to wait for all parts to come in to service all WOs in same visit.

Sent email to customer asking if they would like to split between 2 trips since we are still waiting on additional part for WO-01306323, but customer has not confirmed to do so yet.

11/20/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts for WO-01306323. Removed delay code

11/20/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent email back to Jody stating we will notify them as soon as we have an ETA on parts, but offered weekly updates as well - and asked again if they would like to split this up into 2 visits, and schedule current WOs ready, or if they would like to still wait and schedule all WOs during same visit once remaining part comes in.

11/19/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent email to POC Jody to confirm if they still want to wait and schedule all services together, or if they would like to proceed with scheduling the repair/PM services now and schedule a return visit once the remaining part comes in.

Called Jody and left VM regarding still awaiting parts for WO-01306323 and asking to see if they are still wanting to wait to service all together in one trip, or if they would like to proceed with scheduling separate trips for the WOs that are ready to schedule. 

11/17/25 AJinerson - Currently still waiting on parts to be shipped out for WO-01306323 (in awaiting parts). Dispatch emailed customer regarding this on 11/14 on WO-01306323.

10/9/25 RCook- Emailed Jody to update on WO to advise that we are waiting on tracking information and also WO-01306323 is still in awaiting parts. Need to confirm if all WOs are to be done together. Site also has a PM WO open due on 10/24. See logged email.
