1/7/26 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01306382. Called Jody and confirmed scheduling tech visit for Weds. 1/14 with eta between 8am-10am.

Jody will be alternate contact if needed, but he will be in meeting on morning of 1/14. 

Arrival instructions: Confirmed they will have tech start at their 140 Library Dr. location, they have 2 units at that site, then 1 unit will be at their 2nd location at: 237 W. River Rd. Wiwahitcha, FL 32465. 

Jody said tech always services both locations during same visit.

1/6/26 AJinerson - WO released into RFS evening of 1/5 now that parts are ready to ship out. Parts shipping to tech, but no tracking yet as WO just assigned today. Will follow up with customer to schedule tech visit with parts arrival accordingly.


12/23/25 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01306382. Sent email back to Jody regarding no current update on the ETA for the last part order for WO-01306323. Asking Jody if they would like to proceed with scheduling our visit for the repair WO we do have the part for, along with the PM service (in the meantime).
