We have a power load system in our primary ambulance that was serviced earlier this years, but we are now experiencing issues with the power load unlocking the stretcher when we are trying to take the stretcher out. They push the round button and nothing happens and they have to revert to using the manual release. All episodes have been on flat level ground. If we could arrange someone to come out and look at it, that would be great. 🔧 Work Performed
**Removed trolley from transfer and replaced the transfer lock & pin kit as well as give a thorough cleaning and lubing of all moving parts. **Function & cycle tested to confirm no other issues.
🔍 Technician Findings
**Found a considerable amount of debris under the trolley assembly. **Found one of the bolts that holds the pin down was broken inside and the other 3 were very loose.
