We have a power load system in our primary ambulance that was serviced earlier this years, but we are now experiencing issues with the power load unlocking the stretcher when we are trying to take the stretcher out. They push the round button and nothing happens and they have to revert to using the manual release. All episodes have been on flat level ground. If we could arrange someone to come out and look at it, that would be great.
