12/11/2025 CRamen spoke with Jamie and scheduled Stairchair WO-01315983 for Tuesday 12/16/2025 with tech arrival in the afternoon. Tech to call Jamie if needed. WO-01315988 Jamie requested us to cancel. Stryker offered them a trade in for a new unit so its going back to Stryker.
12/10/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on site stating POC has to schedule and will not be back until 12/11/25
12/9/2025 CRamen spoke with Austin and he said I need to schedule with Jamie who isnt there next till Thursday and to call back Thursday. Call Logged on WO-01315983
