Facility requesting eval these units to determine ,and review to see if any parts are needed.
1/26 MOwens Jill replied back to the email on 1/23 and said any day this week after Tuesday works for her. Replied back and confirmed scheduling the visit for Fri 1/30 from 2-5pm.
1/23 MOwens Sent email to Jill asking for good day later next week to schedule the return visit.
1/14. Needs to be rescheduled to finish. Need 2 technicians
1/14. PKrogstad. Arrived at 8am. Started repair. Too noisy for patients. Am returning later in the afternoon.
1/12 MOwens Jill replied back that this Wed. 1/14 in the morning works to schedule the repair visit. This is the first available date for the tech.
1/9 MOwens Sent email to Jill about scheduling the return visit.
1/8 KHardison - Per attached email/Jill We received this part today from Stryker. Updated due date.
11/20 MOwens Called and spoke to Jill Pannebecker. Asked if 11/25 in the afternoon works for her. She said yes. Eta will be around 1pm.
🔧Work Performed
11/25/25 Removed shroud. Mechanism for brake lever is broken. Called Stryker. Spoke with Jose. Part is Side control linkage assembly. Part number 1115-700-002. Quote needed
1/14/26- Arrived on site. lifted shroud from cover. Started repair. Noise from removing pins was too much for patients. Am returning later in the afternoon.
1/14/2026- Returned to site. Was not able to get the old assembly off by myself. Need a 2nd technician to help
1/30/2026. Stretcher needed assembly installed. Worked with Pero. Tried getting all pins out to complete full install. Pins were seized. Drilled out rivets for broken metal assembly. Removed broken part of assembly. Went to Home Depot to get grade 8 bolts to replace rivets. Installed new assembly. Tested unit
