🔧Work Performed
On the 6500, I removed the legs and replaced the 16 half shells. (THE HALF SHELLS WERE CHARGED ON THE PM WORK ORDER.) I then removed the sensor housings and replaced the crest-to-crest springs, slider, and slider magnets. I then replaced the Left and right slider housings. I then replaced the leaking large hose and installed a new large hose. I installed two new "lift here" labels and replaced the missing zip ties. I function-tested the unit and all passed. I returned the cot to the service.
NO TRAVEL CHARGE DUE TO ALREADY BEING ONSITE.
🔍Technician Findings
On the 6500, I arrived and found that the cot was struggling to raise. The bearings were worn. The slider and slider magnet were damaged, and the crest-to-crest springs were broken. The left and right Slider housings were grooved and needing to be replaced. The lower X-frame guards were damaged and needed to be replaced. The "Lift Here" labels were missing and torn. The 3/8 hose was leaking and the zip ties for the steer cable were missing.
